Hi Chaps!

Couple of queries for today that I would be grateful of assistance with

1. Is there a way in which I can dissallow tables / queries / forms etc to be imported from my application i.e - if someone created a new application and tried to import my files that they wouldn't be allowed to do so?

2. Also, can I create a command button in vB that will perform the "Compact & Repair" function?

For the first topic, I'm afraid that you are going to have to implement
Access Security (or "hide" your app).
