I am fairly new to Access, although I have been programming an application for the last few months and have plodded along the sometimes steep learning curve of VBA. I bought a few Access books in France, as I live close to the French border, which are pretty useless, and would like to take the opportunity to congratulate Andrew Couch for his well written "Access 2010 Inside Out" which I use a lot.
I must say I sometimes marvel at what you can do with Access. At other times I get mad at these cryptic error messages that are no help at all.
Quite while ago I used to maintain an ERP application in Progress. I really enjoy programming, especially when you find the solution to the problem at hand.
