Hidden PopUp (Access 2007)

I have a weird problem. I made some modifications to some controls on a popup form and when I take it out of design mode, it disappears. It does not close but is hidden. I can not get this to stop. I backed up a copy and tested other popups and they are disappearing also.

I have to release it to an end user asap, but this is stopping me. Please Help!

Env: Vista, Access 2007, 2003 Access file.

can you revert to a backup where this popup thing was not happening?

also, what controls did you change and how. sometimes, making the forms from stratch fixes many problems.
