Hide Form

Is there a way to open a form, but have it hidden? I have a form that opens after a user logs in to the database that has certain permissions that I would be referring to when a user opens forms and such.

I tried using the "Hidden Attribute" when I right-click on the object in the database window, but it only hides it from the database window and not when the form actually opens.

Look at the windowmode argument of OpenForm.
