Hide navigation Bar

Hi everyone!
How to hide navigation pane permanently?
I mean it should not open even when someone check display navigation bar from Microsoft access button.

Do all the necessary disabling you would do through the traditional methods, Office Button and Options this Database and untick display navigation pane and also using the Access Special Key then use the code from this thread.
