Hide toolbar and status bar on logon screen

Does anyone know how to hide the toolbar/status bar on the Access logon form? The logon form is the standard Access form that is used with user-level security in a 2003 database. We upgraded our frontend to Access 2010 and now when the user is prompted to logon they see the toolbar and status bar. Before the upgrade these did not show. When the application does launch the toolbar and status bar are hidden, it is just the logon that shows them. Also, we run the application with the /runtime switch.
