Hello, I have a database where the user enters in data and then sends this data via e-mail as an excel attachment. This data can change up to thirty times and this results in thirty different versions of the data. I would like any data that is "changed" by the user to display in the Excel attachment (as a different color or bold etc) each time it is e-mailed.

Is this possible?

thanks!

aftershokk,

What you are asking for is BIG!

First your forms must log (for each field) the
changes that were made. Even to the detail of
what date they were made.

Then your export to Excel can't be a "standard"
Transfer spreadsheet.

You would need to open the Excel Object model
and "cell by cell" populate the spreadsheet
and set the colors accordingly.

I sure hope that one of our Wizards can post
and give an easy solution, but I don't think
so.
