Highlighting bookings

hello.

Does anyone know what code would have been used to highlight the times when there are activities on the attached schedule? I can use the conditional formatting to highlight the start time. but if an event goes on longer than one timeslot I do not know how to extend it to represent a longer meeting.

Any ideas would be appreciated!

Can you supply an example of your database?

Send a copy of your database to wavery1@bellsouth.net and I'll take a look. Rename it with and .zip extension. Otherwise my Outlook will block it.

you could use properties.backcolor to change on the bookings. A bit of code could highlight this.
