History of changes in a table by date

Hi all,

I Have a table that has the 25 different data fields (numbers, yes/no, text). I need to make a record of changes that are made with the date of the change. I have a table that has the info but it’s the [last state table].
My logic is to make a [new table] that has the date and all the data fields and link it to the [last state table].
I only need to make a button for copying the changed state and date to the [new table] that is in the form for the [last state]. How do I do that if that is the way to do it?

Can this be done? Please help
Can i maybe make the data from one form copy automatically to another form when I open it? Can this be done my making a macro?
