Can anybody tell me how can I change the Caption of a navigation button of a form. i.e. Instead of Record:...of... to put blabla:...ttt....?

I don't believe you can change those standard captions. However, you can create your own duplicate set of navigations buttons and of course, use whatever captions you like.
