How can i create a Combo Box that displays reports based on my selection

hello all good people,

How can I create a Combo Box that opens a specific report based on my selection. For example i have a form Combo Box Called STATUS which has three options (Open, Hold, Complete). I want to be able to view a report everytime i select any of the three options. Note that my report will be based on a query.

Help is much needed.
