How can I limit My Auto Email To One per day

I know how to set up the Auto report and everything

but here is my problem Since over 40 people use Access how Can I Limit the Entire System to only Send email a day and not 1 Per Open MS Access?

You do not say when the email is sent? Is it when they open the DB.?

If so, write to a table and send at the end of the day, then clear the table.?

1 per open ms access session? I've also never heard of such a thing, unless you've got automation setup in the windows task manager.

I meant that The email it sent only once per day.

And what I meant I know how to set up everything. I was refering to the EmailDatabase Object what is generated by Access

I've never heard of "EmailDatabase Object" in access. would you care to post the code you're using? I'd be interested in seeing that.

there is no such thing as an "auto email" in access unless you have either one of these 2 things going for you:

1) a macro named "Atuo_Exec" that runs your code whenever you open your database file.

2) a task setup in windows task manager that automates the opening of your database file and runs the "Atuo_Exec" macro and then shuts it down.

maybe there's some other ways? but if there is I've never used them. where is Richard when we need him here!?
