I have a field called date in short format ie 20/10/2001
In the properties format I have put 'w' to give a number for the day of the week so for Monday it will display 1 etc... Standard stuff eh?
I have another field where I want to use an IIf statement to look at the day of the week, lets say, If Monday then display "Not in" else display "In".
I have found that the IIf expression is not looking at the day number in the date field but that it is looking at the date. This means the 1 (for Monday) is not a workable number, it is only there for display in the date field.
How can I use the day of the week in an IIf expression?
