Question How do I automatically minimize the Access window just leaving behind the forms?

As title.

I want to minimize the Access window so my end-users just see the nice spangly forms I have made for them.

I'm oh so close now.

Another option is to uncheck Display Database Window in Options-> StartUp


Note I use Access 2003. Not sure if Access 2007 has this feature although I presume it should.
