I have a database with companies. each company has 3-6 contacts. Each contact buys a few specific products. I want to create a main form based on company, with a subform based on contact and a subsubform that list all the products that the specific contact has bought. I want to be able to add contacts and new products through the subform and subsubform. Can anyone help please? I have been strugling with this for more than 3 weeks !!

Thanks for your response Pat. In the northwind.mdb example you cannot edit/add the subsubform. I would like to be able to add new contacts/products in the subform and subsubform. Do you understand what I mean? There is a chance that this is very easy, but I do not have much experience programming in Access. Thanks

You want to have your main form be the company, the subform be a list of contacts for the company, and the (subsubform/other subform) be a list of everything that contact has ever purchased)?

Yes David,...that is exactly the idea. Unlike the example in northwind.mdb, I would like to be able to edit this information in the form. You got an idea ?

You refer to the example in northwind. I have the Master Microsoft Access 2000 Visually... and I couldn't get into the northwind files through the "open existing files" menu. How did you get there?
