ok, so I have this assignment for school, and Im trying to get some help.
For one of the table, the teacher asked us to calculate a certain rate, I did that and everything is ok, but I can't find how to add the $ sign to every calculation in that table, can anyone here help me out?
please.

thanks in advance.

To Eskorbuto:
Here is one way to add the $ to your query is
sample: exp1:"$"&[field_name] or
exp2: "$" & Mid([cd_id],InStr([cd_id],":")+1)
either will result in $234.89 and so on.
Hope this is what you are after, if not let me know, you can

You shouldn't store the calculated result in a table and just use the Format function to display the $ sign in your query
