How do I refresh a form?

I suppose I'm probably being stupid and the answer is probably right in front of me but I'm having trouble refreshing my form. I have a combo box which references a table and I've got buttons on the form that will delete that referenced table and paste new data into it. When I click the combo box after the table had its old data deleted and new data pasted it just shows that the table is deleted.

I've tried Me.Refresh and Me.Requery
Is this wrong? What do I need to do to get the combo box to display the new data?
