How do I trigger a Module based on change in Worksheet

Currently I have a Module in Excel that works great but I'd like to have it fire when the user changes a value in one of thesecolumns (E:I). I created a Worsheet_Change Module but can't think of the syntax. The only code I know is Selection.Address but not sure how that fits in to to the Worksheet Change Event. Any ideas to get me started would be great.

Well I'm assuming there is a better/easier way to do this task but I just used IF Target.Column = 5 Or Target.Column=7 or Target.Column=10 then call MySub. I have hidden columns that's why my columns don't match the original question. Like I said my assumption is there is a much easier way so please post.
