How do you combine this into one?

I attached a database with 2 tables. I'm trying to give a roster to the supervisor of each team (Beer Garden Super, Vol Support Super, Hospitality Super), that has everyone on their team. I don't want the primary table to have multiple listings for the same person. (note... I have 750 volunteers and 42 teams with duals on most teams... it's complicated in real life and I'm still confused on how access works.)

I need the query (report?) to show:

Hospitality:
2004 Michelle
2001 Mike
2003 Larry

Beer Garden:
2001 Mike
2003 Larry
2005 Mark

Volunteer Support:
2002 Sally

Thanks in advance!!!

you would only have 1 table of members.

1 table of teams. a person can be on many teams
[personID],[Team]
123, hospitality
123, Beer Garden

but if you have several tables, then make a UNION query with all tables in it.
the report would group on TEAM.
and if a person is on many teams, they will show in each.

So you have a choice, here's a different approach to that done by Mike
Choose whichever you prefer.
