Hi,

I will start with a brief description of what i am trying to do.

I am looking at trying to create a database that will track all my quotes and contracts, so i have created a table clients, quotes and quote details, then if awarded the work i would like to select that quote and generate a contract with the quote details with an option to add details to the quote, i would also like to be able to add a contract without having quoted,

The problem i am having is as follows:

I have created the quote section fine, i can add the client, quote and the details etc but if i create anything to do with the contract i cannot get access to add the quote to the contract table.

you need to do a couple of things before anyone can help you:

a) convert your database from 2007 to a 2003 version
b) explain or at least name the objects (table/query/form/etc) that need to be looked at to either reproduce your problem, or to gain insight into how it is put together.
