how many fields in a query

Does access limit how many fields can be used in a query?

Yes. I could't tell the limit off hand but it is pretty high. Likely to be similar to tables. I currently have queries with a few tenths of fields running without pb.

Assuming your using a97 the number of fields for a table is limited to 255 so i assume the limit for queries is also 255 fields.
