I have added af field to a subform where i would like to place some calculations.
How do i access this field in datasheet mode. Since i need to loop through the column i also need to know how many rows the datasheet contains.
Hope you can help!

Actually, you don't.

If you just want to display calculated data based on data from other fields, all you need to do is set the field (actually a textbox in design view)'s recordsource to something like this:

Code:
=Field1 - Field2
or whatever calculation you need to perform.

It's that simple. Unless there's something else here I didn't understand.

Thanks for you're reply.
I think what i need to know then, is how to access the Recordsource field or row. Tried Me.Recordsource!Fieldname but that didn't work.

In design view for you form, select your textbox, open the properties, on the data tab the top item is the control source. I think Banana mis-named it in his post.

Controlsource, recordsource, rowsource, datasource, blahsource, blahsource.
