How to accomplish this in report

Actually, I want the two reports.
I am confused about it that how to get that reports.
First. there is table CboTime. I would like to show the time slot in report from that table, Secondly, There is table called Weekly Schedule Detail so also wants activities from there based on the what department i chooses. All schedule information comes from WeeklyScheduleMain (only the name of person) and weeklyScheduleDetail(All detail from there).
That make sense?

Here is detail what i want.
1. Start and End Times
2. Which Volunteers have been assigned to those Activities so the user can see where there are gaps in the schedule (i.e. Activity times in which no Volunteer has been assigned) or overbooked (with more than one volunteer assigned to the same spot.
3. I think it would be easier to have this report as a summary of all departments, showing Activities, and start and end times.
4. In addition, I would need a detailed Department report for each Department that shows which Volunteers are assigned to which task and for how long, and which gaps are present.
In my attached report that shows the Volunteer manager the gaps that are filled and the ones that still need to be filled. It also shows that in the second column the Activity is booked by two Volunteers, which is too many. This allows the manager to then reschedule one of those people to another activity.
Does that make sense?
