I decided to write a Database that demonstrates what I hope you are after.

Open the Form and go to the Combo Box in RED

I was wanting to PM you simply to say that I have been as sick as a dog. That is why I have been a little slow.

My Database is in 2003 as I really am not experienced with the practical side of 2007 and higher. Most of the rules etc are the same no matter what version you use.

In that case you need to run an append query.

Write one of those and test it. If it works then convert to SQL and run within your Module.
