I have around 6 to 7 sharepoint linked lists as data tables in my access database .i.e. access 2003 I them to make a local table directly with some shortcut. some VBA code or some other shortcut I know in excel 2007 there is option to make them work offline but in access 2003 we don't have any such option. The reason why I want to do this is because every month I need to run some queries which pull the data from the above mentioned sharepoint linked list tables now since this table are linked to sharepoint it usually takes too long for my query to execute so what I do every month is that I create a copy of my full database file and then it that copy I have create a local copies of all the sharepoint linked tables and delete the linked tables and rename the local copies of the same as it was for sharepoint linked table and then run the query which gives me the required output in couple of seconds or may be in minute but I have to go through the pain of creating of copies of each sharepoint linked table which I want to avoid so I am searching for a shortcut to make all the sharepoint tables local at one go, as we do the break links in excel workbook. Please help.
