how to build the query

I have query made from 3 tables
when I add another table to the query
I getting empty recordset as a result
please help me with the relations

1 applications table connected with one to many
to managers tables and Application details table
when i am adding the departments table that connected to the managers table with one to many connection im getting an empty recordset as a result
