How to calaulate?

Hello,
I'm working on a project of calculating hours of special manpower company
Each employee - can work in several sites on the same day.
He receives travel-payment only once
In addition - if between one site to another site has a space of less than three hours - then I have to join him hours (of this day) to calculate overtime.

i built tje basic table that each shift hav one record. I mean if he worked on the same date in two places, so - that the two records.

How do you think to calculate the travel-payment and the overtime?

Use a query to sum hours and travel time by employee, overtime is the time (hours plus travel time, or whatever) less some threshold is the overtime. Applicable rate time these times gives the pay.
