Is it possible to have an image in Access (say a photograph) that can be copied and pasted, into Word for example? I have photographs on forms, but I can't copy them.

Which version of MS Office are you using as Office 2010 gives you a screen clipping icon in the Insert tab you can use, if Office 2007 and if you have OneNote installed this also has the same screen clipping icon. Otherwise you could use a 3rd party software which would do that, here is a link to see if it helps

Trevor: I am using Office 2010, but I don't know what version the users are using. Is it possible to use something like a hyperlink to display the photo in Windows, which could then be copied and pasted?
Thanks!

Are the photos stored in the Database if so you can use the Label to create the hyperlink to the source of the photo and it should then show the photo in a window for you.

Trevor:
The photos are not in the database (there are 8,000 of them) but on a drive on the same server as the database. I have a table with all of the photo file names, and the path.
Can I use the file names in the table to display a photo in a mode that can be copied and pasted?
