Question How to copy object shortcuts from one custom category to another?

I have created a custom category on my MS-Access 2007 nav pane, within which I have certain groups. If I want to copy all the object shortcuts in a group (or the whole group) or even one object shortcut to another custom category, how do I do it?

I already know I can insert records in MSysNavPaneGroupToObjects, but was looking for a more native way of accomplishing this short of having to recreate the entire group of objects from the unassigned objects. I'm looking for some sort of copy/paste shortcut if it exists.
