how to create a rlation between the fileds af the same table

If anyone can help ..please
I am trying to set an if conditional relationship between the fields of the same table. For example I have a drop down in fieldNO3 with selection 1 and 2; If 1 selected then fieldNO8 becomes innactive. If 2 selected then fieldNO9, fieldNO10 and fieldNO11 become innactive.
