How to create a search form in Access??

Hi all.
I'm finding difficulty in creating a search form in Access. I tried using parameter queries, but the problem is, for all the parameters, the parameter dialog box opens separately . I wanted all those parameters to pop up in one single form. Is it possible to create one like that??

For example: If I have 3 parameter queries like Address,city and county, the parameter dialog box opens up for 3 times. One for Address,one for city and one for county. I need to bring all these 3 fields into a single form, so that the user can enter in the data and click on the search button for bringing up all the related records.

Can someone throw some light on it. Thanks in advance!!!!!!!!

I would use an unbound form with a subform whose record source would be a query. I learned a good way of doing it from I file I think I may have got on here, it was a database example by Gromit I think
