How to Disable Query Popup window

Hi, I'm using Access 2010. I have a Navigation form with 2 tabs for my category, ADD and EDIT

ADD(Tab)
Linked forms under ADD

New Employee
New Leave
New Salary

EDIT (Tab)
Linked forms under EDIT

Edit Employee
Edit Leave
Edit Salary

Everytime I select/switch to my Edit tab.. a Parameter Popup windows will show.. how to disable this.. Thanks
