how to display a new textbox on click of a button

Hi Team,
I am creating an enquiry form in access.
For enquiry followup i need
two columns enquiry followup date and enquiry followup remarks
these two columns i need 3 times in form.
One time followup1 then second time followup2 and third time followup3.
i need a button actually after clicking the button next followup fields should get displayed and same with third followup also.
Pls guide me s i am new to access.

you are talking about textbox right? if so make the two textbox Visible property to False, then on the click event of the button make it visible, ie. Me.control2.Visible=True
