how to duplicate record?

I want to keep old record when I update the form. So, do I have to duplicate old record first? Or any better idea? Thanks.

Something to get you started, perhaps... You may also want to search on "INSERT INTO Statement" in the Access Help file where -- at least in Access 2000 -- there's an example that shows you how to save a record to an "audit" table before changes are recorded.
