How to Edit/update field in a table through a form

i would like to edit an already existing record.....The scenario is like this

Record ID is entered then the form is populated with the record fields(THIS ALREADY WORKS)

in the populated fields there is a field named TIME...this is the one to be updated/edited


THE CURRENT TIME is to be added to the time value already in the time field (the current time can be shown in another text box to make it easier)

THE TOTAL OF THESE TWO IS THEN STORED IN THE TABLE!!!

any code that can help this????/please explain in a very simplified way if you can am not that fluent in access

Sorry, but your post makes absolutely no sense as written! You can add hours/minutes/days together, but you cannot add two "times" together!

Also, Time is a reserved word in Access, so you need to change the name of this field/control to something else.
