How to fill Form with MSHFlexGrid

I need to fiil a Form using MSHFlexGrid..From my research MSFlexGrid can only be use in VB6. Since i'm doing all on Access i'm having problems with it

What i want is from a Select print the result on the MSHFlexGrid and then if i choose to, erase a record from the resulting list.

I've searched everywhere and nothing..with VB6 this part would be done by now..but with access i'm finding it a lot more dificult..

Can anyone help me?
