Can you advise how to have a form call on another subform. For example drop down list contains three values, fastfood, supermarkets and restaurants. If user chooses fastfood category it is required that a new subform is displayed containg (for example KFC, McDonalds and SuperMacs. Can anyone helk me out in how to achieve this. The above is only an example of a scenario I need to create.

Trevor G did help me out in a previous thread "subform called by value list entry" (tks Trevor) but is a bit complex for me

(no fault of Trevor's advise). Is there any other way to do the above.

Thanks to all

PS: with apologies to KFC, McDonalds and SuperMacs

Hmm probably the best way to do it would be to bind the subform to the combo box. The wizards will be able to help you with this.
