How to Include Formula in formula

I have the following formula: Me.Target_Date = CVDate(Me.Date + 2). How do I exclude weekends and holidays?

Hello,
Sorry about not being clear.
I won't be able to attach a database because it is from work but what I am trying to do is the following.
I have a receive date and a target date. When I input a receive date I want the target date to calculate 2 days from the receive date but I want to exclude weekends and holidays so if i input a receive date of 11/18/2011 the target date should be 11/22/2011.
