how to insert word,excel,pdf, images?

Hello everyone,

This forum has helped me a lot and still continuing....

I have an add form wherein I have 3 buttons (floor plan, lease Contract and building photo).

What I want to know is how do I add this to my database so that when a user view this they just click the buttons and the files will display. Also, If it could be save on a folder and if this folder is move to another location I do not have to change the location it should follow the path assigned to it.

I normally have this with a sub form so taht I can attach as many files are required.

Here is an example that may help get you started:

Handling moving the files:
You could only store the file name or only the part of the fiel path. Then when you view the file, you would look up the folder location and add that to the part that you have stored.

thank you. looking at it it will be done continously. I need something that I have to put on 3 buttons? sorry but i'm not good at coding. example 1st button will be word or exce or ppt. 2nd button is pdf files and 3rd button will be images or dwg files.

any help would be great
