How to keep track the user of access

Hello,i have a system that allow a lot of transaction of issue and receive item in a store.How can i do a security on my access system that allow me to keep track to the user of the system.

for etc.

Danny login the system at 10am,then he do a mistake.
Now i need my system to let me know that Danny login in my system at 10am so that i can track who use the system so that i know who should take responsible on that mistake.
can anyone tell me or teach how to do it in access?

Do a search first for "who's logged in" or "Users logged in" or something similar - this has been covered in some detail with code examples.
