How to list more than 1 data base file in "Open a File" Menu

On the main access screen, on the right side where you choose what datebase file you want to open, under "Open a file" I am only given one database file to open, and then a yellow folder icon, next to which it says "more files." How can I get the menu to list more than just the one file under the "Open a file" heading, so that I don't have to go searching for the next database file I want to open. Thanks.

goto Tools>Options
Then select the General Tab and there is an entry that says 'Recently used file list' set this to the number of files you want to see on startup.
