What I would like to know is, how to make an Option Group that allows for multiple choices instead of one. MS explains in detail for a single choice only, or you can use their Option Group Wizard (again single choice)?

I am asking how to make check boxes that enter multiple items- not just to ONE like like the Option Box Wizard. For example, instead of having ten fields to input, you can select the ten or less check items and go from there.
