Hey everyone. I have a subform that shows fields but want to hide them or not make them visible. Can this be done? How. Thank you.

Depends

On the type of sub form. If it is a datasheet style then you simply resize the columns as you would using excel. Otherwise you are looking at setting the Visible property to either true or false.

At the bottom of the records in the grey bit if you right click a menu with an item at the bottom called unhide columns. you can select which columns are displayed.

I've also found the best way to resize the columns is to open the subform seperatly from the database window, resize then close. Generally when you resize from the main form access doesn't seem to remember the column widths and next time you open the form the columns are back where they were before.
