Solved How to migrate MS Access forms or recreating forms to the web based forms

I have added a WEB version of the Purchase Order Receiving task for a phone. This is a specific task replacing the printed receiving report allowing entering the received quantity instead on noting the quantity on the report.

1st is the desktop version.
