How to move stuff.........

Ok,

Forms are used to enter data in a table. I have a database that keeps track of manuals on boats. Once a manual is removed, i want the record to be taken off of the table and go to a table of "removed forms". Basically I do not want to see this record but I do not want it deleted.

Personally, I would just include a field named DELETED (boolean) and then just set it to true and then you don't have to move anything. Just mark as deleted anything that should not show up and then create a base query which you use for everything, where you would have used the table, which has the field criteria of FALSE on the DELETED field.
