how to pass data from query to form--HELP :(

hi:
I'm creating a database of "current user's status" for my workplace. I already have the table with necessary information, and I have also created a query. Now I'm trying to create a form where I can search by the username, and it will get the information from the query(and the query gets the info from the table), and it will pass the info in the same form. I have been trying for a week...so PLZ HELP

Presuming that you have linked the Query to the Form, the process should be easy.

Try adding a Combo Box for the Username so that when you select the Username, the relevant details are populated.

ahem how to link queries @ form ? i've tried this thing: [Forms]![Form1]![UserName] in the criteria box at the query...but all it does is to pop up the window @ query. Any detailed suggestion?
