I am running a comparison program that takes close to 10 minutes to analyze all the data and our my pc goes into "login" mode after a certain amount of idle time. Even though the the program is still running and the status bar is changing the system stops running the program and I need to log back in to the pc. Obviously, if I sit here and keep moving my mouse around it won't do that. So, is there anything I can do to remedy this issue? Thoughts?

Thanks

If you are using a macro to do the work, make sure that autocalculation is disabled when the macro starts and is enabled when it finishes. This should speed up the analysis fantastically.
