I have this list in MS Access of a List of Employees and thier Blood Groups from varied departments across organisation...
My Access Table has 3 columns:
- Department Name
- Employee Nr
- Blood Type
I have created and uploaded a sample(in xl format) in the the attached excel sheet
What i m tryin to accomplish is that i need MS Access to create a Pivot with Department Name & Blood Type In "ROW" Field of the Pivot and "Count of Blood Type".
Once it is created that i just want Access to display the count of the most repeating Blood Group as shown in the Attached Workbook.
Please help provide a resolution, a method in which i should write this query.
