how to return to unhide ribbon & navigation

Hallo, I tried to hide ribbon and navigation panel. When I tried to SHIFT + DOUBLE CLICK to by pass in order to return it as normal, I could not do it. Anyone can help me how?

In case it helps, what I usually do is:

1. single left-click the icon to open the database
2. then press and hold shift
3. then hit Enter
this avoids the consequence of the shift+click doing a whole bunch of other undesirable things.

But you may have disabled shift bypass in your database. In that case you can re-enable it using another database. (And, FWIW, so can anyone else).

Which Icon do you mean Isaac, it seems I got a problem, I can not see anymore the option, the one I can see is privacy option which is undesirable things, like asking for print review etc

I was just referring to opening the db. You might have to study instructions for reenable shift bypass
