How to save Report to excel in required format?

Hello, Can someone help me on this?

I created a simple payroll and is working fine. The fortnightly wages report is printed out from the payroll for Supervisors to approve and sign. I wrote a code to extract the same report to Excel for the users convenience but the file in Excel is out of format.

Is there a way to extract the report to Excel in the exact format(column sizes etc.) as shown in Access?
